Terms and Conditions & Answers to FAQ’s:

1. Referring one self, and referring one’s own car to another family member are not considered as valid referrals.
2. Winners who receive gifts will not accrue referral coupons earned during the contest period.
3. Wheels Wisdom and Slash referral URL’s are different, and don’t work on each other’s referral pages.
4. If you’re a WW customer, and want to refer somebody to Slash, simply register yourself on Slash, and share your Slash referral link.
5. Similarly, if you’re a Slash customer, proceed vice versa.
6. Both WW and Slash referrals will be counted towards winning a gift, and will influence your position on the leaderboard.
7. Wheels Wisdom’s recently launched Used Car Package is also eligible for referral.
8. The new customer will automatically receive a referral discount at the Checkout page. No other discount coupon will work simultaneously with the referral discount.
9. Eligibility: A minimum of two referrals during the contest period are necessary to qualify for winning any gift. Referrals cannot be carried forward from the previous period or from any time in the past.
10. Tie breaker: If two customers refer the same number of customers, the first one to get there stays on top in the leaderboard, and receives the gift.
11.  The announcement of winners will be made 5 working days after the end of each contest period. If you are one of the top 3 referrers for the period, the gift will be door delivered to you!

Other Terms & Conditions

1. Wheels Wisdom will carry out further investigations if there is any suspicious or fraud behaviour.
2. Wheels Wisdom reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter the terms and conditions of the contest at any time. Communication of such updates shall be limited to updates on this page.
3. Wheels Wisdom’s decisions in any matter in relation to the contest shall be final and conclusive. Any request for appeal and review shall not be entertained.
4. Wheels Wisdom reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participants who have engaged in any conduct that Wheels Wisdom deems to be fraudulent, inappropriate or unacceptable.
5. Wheels Wisdom does not take any responsibility in the case of an event that may prevent the users from participating in the campaign, as a result of certain technical restrictions or other limitations or force majeure, which include but are not limited to regulatory events, government directive, government intervention and the act of God etc.
