Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations:

Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. This control is system enforced. The service CANNOT be cancelled within 24 hours prior and entire booking cost will have to be forfeited in case of a no show, as we make enormous efforts to prepare for your service to ensure very high levels of quality. If you’re not sure about the appointment date after making a paid booking, please cancel prior to 24 hours of appointment time for a 100% refund.

Rescheduling bookings:

Bookings must be cancelled and a fresh booking made in order for them to be rescheduled. Cancellation rules apply as above.

Refunds:

Refund on cancellation of bookings: We will refund you the entire amount paid as long as the booking is cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. As stated under ‘Cancellations’ above, the services CANNOT be cancelled within 24 hours prior, and therefore will not qualify for any refund. Refunds will be processed through the same mode as that used for payment within 10 working days.
